I understand that this is a high risk sport and am participating at my own risk. I hereby assume this risk and further do hereby release and hold harmless the Foothills Dressage and Combined Training Club, FENCE, Wendy L. Cochran, their employees and volunteers, judges and officials, from all liability for their negligence resulting in accidents, damage, injury, illness to myself and to my property, including the horse and horses which I compete at these three events.

*Under North Carolina law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
