Job Description: Residential Counselor I (Part Time / Full Time / PRN)

Responsibilities:

The Residential Counselor I is responsible for providing direct management of the residents. Residential Counselor I's assists with other staff in providing a therapeutic milieu for the residents and maintaining a safe and secure setting.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid South Carolina drivers license

Desired:

• Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Two years experience dealing with special needs children
• Possess positive leadership qualities, documentation skills, and effective communication skills

Salary / Benefits: $15,600 - 20,800
