Referrals will be accepted from law enforcement offices, Department of
Social Services, Department of Youth Services, The Continuum of Care, the
Governor's Office and other agencies or persons having the authority to place
children in alternate care. Referrals may be made by telephone or in
writing to: Office of Admissions, Crossroads Group Home, P.O. Box 14939,
Greenville, SC 29610. We will accept children at any hour of the day
or night, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year
with approval from state offices.
Female
Ages nine through Twenty-One
Adolescent Females in Physical, Emotional or Mental Crisis
Long Term - Up to Three Years
Adolescent Can Engage in Cognitively Centered Activities
May or May Not Be Certified Emotionally Handicapped
Must Possess the Ability to Function in an Open Setting
Referral sources are invited to tour the facility with prior notification.
We also provide a program presentation for agency and referral sources
upon request.
